CREIA Standards LaRocca Adheres to the CREIA
Standards of Practice
The State of California does not license home inspectors. Because of this, our inspectors are members of the California Real Estate Inspection Association. CREIA is the oldest and largest nonprofit state inspector association in the country and is California-specific in inspector education. Since 1976, CREIA has been dedicated to enhancing consumer protection and promoting public awareness. CREIA requires its members to successfully pass a written test of property systems and complete 30 hours of education each year.
