We require clients to read and sign our Inspection Contract which is a contract between the client and the inspector. Download the contract here by clicking on the link below.
Normally, our Inspection Contract is signed on site by our client and inspector. If for some reason the client is unable to attend the inspection, we ask that the contract be signed by the client prior to the inspection. Signed agreements can be faxed to our office at 818-951-1365
