Kevin Bradley

Kevin has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2010. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had nine years of experience as an insurance adjuster for property claims and 15 years of experience working in the construction trade. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas.

Credentials & Titles: Many years of construction experience.

Tim Corbo

Tim has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2009. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had four years of experience as a commercial and residential electrician and four years of experience as operations manager for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas.

Credentials & Titles: CREIA candidate. Many years of construction experience.

Jerry Corum

Jerry has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2003. Prior to working at LaRocca he had 10 years of experience as a General Contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in Studio City and Sherman Oaks.

Credentials & Titles: InterNACHI Certified Inspector, many years of construction experience.

Steve Ellsworth

Steve has been with LaRocca Inspections since 1998. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 18 years of experience as a General Contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he specializes in Commercial Property Inspections.

Credentials & Titles: Past CREIA Chapter President, CREIA Certified Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Inspector, Licensed General Contractor.

Gregg Forscher

Gregg has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2006. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 2 years of experience as a home inspector with another firm and 25 years of experience supervising renovations projects and working in the construction trade. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in Calabasas, Encino, Tarzana and Woodland Hills.

Credentials & Titles: ASHI Certified Inspector, many years of construction experience.

David Hamilton

David has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2004. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 25 years of experience in various construction fields. He does inspections all over LA County and is LaRocca Inspections' primary inspector in La Canada, Santa Clarita Valley, Sunland and Tujunga.

Credential & Titles: CREIA Certified Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Inspector, many years of construction experience.

Mark Harrison

Mark has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2003. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 10 years of experience as a sheet metal contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in the San Fernando Valley.

Credentials & Titles: InterNACHI Certified Inspector, many years of construction experience.

Bud Hayes

Bud has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2002. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 23 years of experience as a General Contractor and custom cabinetry. He does inspections and in reserve studies all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in Hancock Park, Hollywood, Larchmont Village, Los Feliz, and Mid-Wilshire.

Credentials & Titles: CREIA Regional Director/State Board of Directors, CREIA Certified Inspector, ASHI Certified Inspector, Senior Technical Advisor for LaRocca Inspections, Licensed General Contractor.

Garrett Martell

Garett has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2002. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had more than 25 years of experience as a General Contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and is the primary inspector in the Conejo Valley area.

Credentials & Titles: InterNACHI Certified Inspector, Licensed General Contractor.

Steve Nichols

Steve has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2003. Prior to working at LaRocca he had more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction. He does inspections all over LA County and is the primary inspector in Beverly Hills.

Credentials & Titles: CREIA Certified Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Inspector, Licensed General Contractor.

Mark Phillips

Mark has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2000. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 15 years of experience as an Electrical Contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in Northridge and North Hollywood.

Credentials and Titles: CREIA Certified Inspector, Licensed General Contractor, Past CREIA Treasurer & Presenter on electrical issues.

Dave Short

Dave has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2001. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 22 years of experience as a General Contractor. He does inspections all over LA County and the surrounding areas and he is the primary inspector in Arcadia, Monrovia, San Gabriel Valley and Sierra Madre.

Credentials & Titles: CREIA Mid-Valley Chapter President, CREIA Certified Inspector, Licensed General Contractor.

Stan Tabor

Stan has been with LaRocca Inspections since 2000. Prior to working at LaRocca, he had 10 years of experience as the owner and supervisor of a metal roofing company and 15 years of experience building homes. He does inspections all over LA County and he specializes in Commercial Property Inspections.
