A residential inspection is performed on homes with four or fewer dwelling units. At LaRocca Inspections, our residential inspections are performed in accordance with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Standards.
The purpose of the inspection is to provide you with information regarding the general condition of the property. Keep in mind that a home inspection is a general survey and basic operation of these systems and excludes systems or components which are not easily accessible. To read more about what is included or excluded from a home inspection according to the CREIA Standards, download the PDF here.
You may wish to have certain specialty inspections performed on the property or perhaps may need a referral for a good contractor once your inspection is complete. Visit our referrals page for a list of specialty inspectors and contractors.
